Olympic Trials

I love the Olympics!  And it's a terrific opportunity for learning all sorts of interesting topics!  My kiddos and I are having a blast watching the trials each evening.  They have just completed their own swim season and are naturally making all sorts of connections!  You know that I am loving that ;)  Well, as you all know, kiddos are naturally curious creatures and in conversation will bring up all kinds of interesting questions.  Make some mental notes because curiosity can drive a child to do all kinds of learning. Summer time is the perfect time to work on those internet skills.  Pull out the laptop and show your child how to properly search!  Have fun letting your child be in charge of their learning.  They may surprise you!  Leave your summer learning ideas and explorations for others to read.  Good teaching involves lots of sharing so, share away!
